HV is exclusively aimed at selling Personal Protective Equipment and fall protection systems in the Dutch market and HSI fall protection systems in the EU market.
Hütter Safety America was founded in 2016 by van Valkenhoef Beheer (owner of HV & HSI) & van Valkenhoef Trading & Management (majority shareholder of Hütter Safety America) specially for the purpose of distributing fall protection products exclusively in the American continent.
Trademarks & designs
The Scope Multi brand features and product designs are registered on the name of Van Valkenhoef Trading & Management (property of Tristan van Valkenhoef son of the owner of HV & HSI). This company made an agreement with Hütter Safety America for the exclusive use of the Scope Multi brands and designs in the American continent.
Infringement of geographic market distribution agreement and intellectual property
In 2021 HV and HSI unexplainably started sales activities in the American continent breaking the agreements made with Hütter Safety America and infringing the agreement between van Valkenhoef Trading & Management and Hütter Safety America.
Hütter Safety America has an ongoing legal procedure against HV & HSI for contract breach, trademark infringement and deceiving practices that have brought confusion to the customers developed by Hütter Safety America in the American continent since its establishment.
